Meet Tina Hilton
The Smile Behind Clerical Advantage
Tina M. Hilton is sole-proprietor of Clerical Advantage Virtual Assistance Services. Her background in various professional industries, computer and internet experience and professional training combine to give clients knowledgeable and experienced administrative services.
Having both banking and customer service experience in the past, her professional office career truly began when she left her position as stay at home mom to work as a contract loan processor for A Mortgage for Everyone, a mortgage brokerage company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. She later held the positions of Accounts Administrator in Check Collection with Nationwide Business Services in Waterboro, Maine, as a Sales Assistant/Loan Processor with HSBC Beneficial in Hickory, North Carolina and as a Title Processor/Real Estate Paralegal for York County Title in Kennebunk and Sanford, Maine.
While working as a title processor she began attending Seacoast Career Schools and received her Certificate in Health Claims which included Health Claims Billing, Medical Coding, Transcription and Medical Office training in December of 2007.
She opened Clerical Advantage Virtual Assistance Services in September 2007 and has successfully served clients across the country in fields varying from attorneys to non-profit organizations. She is a regular contributor to the Internet Magazine, Home Office Warrior published by attorney Grant Griffiths, maintains her own business blog, The Virtual Assistance Conference Table and has written and published an e-book entitled “An Introduction to Virtual Assistance for Businesses”.
Tina joined the faculty of Solo Practice University in July 2009, teaching members how a virtual assistant can benefit a solo law practice and began offering her speaking services to businesses and organizations interested in learning more about virtual assistance works.
